Born in Tripoli- Lebanon. Zeina is a Printmaking Instructor at LAU (Lebanese American University). She studied art at the Lebanese American University. Later on, she received certificates in Lithography, Etching, and Silkscreen printing from Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts [ ALBA]. She also attended Printmaking workshops at ARTICHOKE studios in London, and Lahkim Bennani Edition D’art in Casablanca, Morocco.

In 2014, she held a solo exhibition at Art On 56th gallery. In [2011] at Galerie 6 and [2010] at the Balamand University. She also participated in numerous collective exhibitions at Galerie Janine Rubeiz [2008, 2009], Galerie Alwane [2008-2009], Raja Sertin Gallery [2009-2010], Hamascayin Gallery [2009-2010], Hagazian University [2010], French Cultural Center [2008], Salon d'Automne, Nicolas Sursock Museum year 2003, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010. MENASART, Beirut Art Fair, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, at ’Athr’ Gallery, Jeddah [2012], at ‘Monogallery’, Riyadh [2020], at ART15 LONDON, [2015], IT’S LIQUID GROUP, International Art Expo, VENICE [2015], and at The International BIENNAL OF ENGRAVING in Sarcelles, FRANCE [2021].

Her work has been acquired by NCB's corporate collection in Jeddah, and was selected for the private collection of the Armenian Parliament in Yerevan. In 2010, she was awarded the Ministry of Culture first prize for Painting at the ‘VISUAL ART FORUM’, Unesco, Beirut.
